Tax Consultation Working Group

The GBGA, are organinsing a tax consultation meeting on January 23, 2024, from 12:30 to 14:00.

The meeting will cover two important tax topics that affect the remote gambling industry in Gibraltar:

  • The implementation of ‘Pillar 2’, a global minimum tax rate for multinational corporations, and its implications for the GBGA members and the Gibraltar jurisdiction.

  • The UK online duty reform, a proposal to change the way online gambling operators are taxed in the UK, and its potential impact on the GBGA members and the Gibraltar market.

The meeting will be led by experts from Bally Interactive and Entain, two leading online gambling companies and GBGA members. They will share their insights and analysis on these tax issues, and answer any questions you may have.
